After reinstalling it, its absolutely useless. Cant even login any more. Worse app ever!!!! When i learned about axis 360 i was so excited, but now im reading my first book on it and its been so painful! Every time i open the app i have wait for it to reload the front page, just take me to my book like all the other readers! And if you dont have i internet you have to spend so much time to get to your book. Please just go and copy their features.

Our library uses this app and I love checking out snooks to read on my phone. Unlike other reviewers I have had no trouble. Books load quickly, page turns are smooth, layout is clean, and bookmarks easy to set. If the phone rings just place a bookmark and when you reopen the app you are where you left off.

There is no Harry Potter so this library is bad and it has no hunger games it is also inorganic and has gmos and it isnt gluten free so I died. Totally ded. Has no rare pepes.

Slow loading times, no cross-device synchronization, resets to the "home" (read, ad) screen when closed, forces you to re-download books after extending a check-out, .... So much wrong. Howd this app get accepted by the libraries? For a token positive vote, uses a fairly clean, legible font on the reading page. Only use this app if youre forced to. Its enough to drive one to buy the books rather than use your library.

This app is just so painfully slow. Every action you take that is not within a book takes seven seconds.

I recently upgraded to the latest version of this app. Now every time I try to open the app I get the message, " Opps weve encountered an error, please try again. (3515)". Cant use the app or read any e-books. Fix this please.

When I am up at 3:00 am and want to read the app wont open. Get error 3522. No one seems to know how to fix it. The whole purpose is to be able to read the book anytime!!! Really frustrates me.

Followed the link from my library to check a book out. Go to the app to read it and it says I have 0 titles checked out. I tried logging out and logging back in again on both the website and the app, and it still thinks I checked it out on the website but not in the app, even though Im logged into both with identical credentials??? So I go to the help/support page, but all it says is click download and then go to the app and the item will be there. No articles or info on how to troubleshoot when it doesnt download. No way to contact the company either, probably because theyd be inundated with messages about this useless app....will definitely encourage my library to use a different resource in future.

This app does offer some improvements, but the annoying bits mentioned in many other reviews outweigh the good parts. I like the reading experience, but I HATE that every time I go check e-mail or answer a text (or in any other way leave the app--even for a very short time) it takes me back to the librarys homepage and makes me go through several steps to get back to my book. Please fix this, because otherwise I love being able to get e-books from my library so easily, even when Im not in town.

The app stopped working after the update. Please fix it, or roll it back.

This app fails to open most of the time, and if you do get it open all it says is error cant load. I keep having to reload my library number into this- that should be the first thing the app "remembers". then the time it takes to load a wall, pull up your own books and actually start reading is horrible. Whoever is running this app needs to hire some engineers and get the kinks out. otherwise the libraries should look into something else.

Worked once and it was great. Then never worked again

When it worked...which wasnt all the time...it was merely tolerable because my library switched to it. Now...with the latest "update"...it simply no longer works. Error massage only. Quite possibly the worst app ever. Bloody awful.

Please fix the update that has made this app useless

Ive never cared enough to come back and leave a review for an app, but this time I feel compelled. So many things about this app are annoying, chief of which is that you have to go through SO many steps to resume reading your book, even if you only stepped away for a second to respond to a text message or some other small task. The fact that it has to reload your entire library page, and slowly at that, each time adds to the aggravation. Reading through some of the other poor reviews - I second all their complaints. Edited to add: Im not sure how its possible, but after its most recent update this terrible app is even more horrible. Crashes every single time I open it.

*another update that has yet to do anything... Axis360 is an embarrassment to baker Taylor and am urging my library to change apps *another update- still the worst app ever. Now audiobooks stop After every chapter and then when you reopen it you have to force close the app, then when it starts back up it looses your spot. *new update- still awful, when one chapter is finished it may jump ahead multiple ones. *update- crashing even more often now, when will this get updated?* Crashes 3-4 times a day making me re-enter my library information. Shoots errors constantly. Cannot put holds on books. And half the time you have to flip through all the chapters to get back to where you left off because the quick chapter select will take you to the wrong chapter. Good content, awful way to consume the content.

I like that they offer 3x speed

My local library updated to this app. I hate this app and want the old one back! Screens take forever to load and sometimes dont load at all. It can be hard to finish a book within the time limit when I cant even get to the page to access it

My library teacher is forcing us to download this app, and I look at the reviews..... Oh boy this is going to be good.
