Axis 360 App Reviews

If I am reading a book, no complaints. If I close my iPad and try to return to what I was reading at a a later time, then the frustrations sets in. Opening the app and navigating thru borrowing, viewing or reading the app freezes and or time out. I have to close and open several times before I can actually start reading. One positive with the last update, if I close my iPad while I am reading when I open it again it goes right back to what I was reading. But once I start to navigate, then frustration again

I joined a gym about the same time that I set up my Axis 360 library account and have been listening to audio novels thru Axis 360 while I work out. It makes the time fly. I also do a lot of reading and used to spend a lot on Kindle ebooks. No more. Now they are all free on Axis 360. Sometimes I have to get in line for a new release but thats a small inconvenience. There are always hundreds of book immediately available for checking out. Love it!

Cool app. Works great. Really happy my library joined-but disappointed in the # of books available. Just heard that NYPL is allowing access to more books on a different app... Hopefully my library/this app will provide more!

Want an app that works as good as Kindle. I like using an app to read but dont want it to have so much trouble loading.

Can crash but problems fewer over time. Wish you could buy a voice to read text

So fabulous to have access to my library. I travel a lot and having audio and e book options is great.

Love having access to my local library through the app. Can change fonts, screen colors, type size etc....

This app works well for the most part, but every now and then when I try to load a book there is a glitch and I get the same error message. I have to exit all the way out of the app, make sure its not running in the background and then go back in and restart. But overall it works well.

Very reliable and easy to use reading app.

This is easy to use for a non-techie like me. Hear a book reviewed on media? Go right to this device and download it without getting off the couch.

Great app--just save every time you stop or you will lose progress. A 1.75 speed would be welcome..

Love this app!

I like this app very much. I appreciate being able to listen to books for free from my library right on my phone. I can use head phones while walking or gardening and plug it into my vehicle while driving. I use the same app to read ebooks on our iPad as well. Free app. Free books from the library. Win win!

Free audio books from my public library!! Love it!

Its great to be able to access Library resources but the app could use some work. Cant view the wall in landscape mode, pain on iPads, have to rotate then back to landscape to get it to kick in while in reading mode. Doesnt sync across multiple devices.
