Great potential, awful execution

I love all of the features of the app...unfortunately, they rarely work. Takes forever for the thing to load, and once it loads, takes even longer to resume the book in progress. I hope they can debug this clunker, because it has lots of potential.

Fix this crashing

I have a recorded book on this app and every time I click listen now. it crashes P.S this started happening after the update

Beej

Terrible app. There cannot be worse app for a library. Slow, lacking basic features like "sample", misleading " additions" that have been already offered. Got one star because I couldnt review with zero! More. It has gotten even worse! Slow and slower. Whoever chose to switch to this app should forced to use it. Unbelievably lousy! Going back to hard copy.

Great idea....Terrible execution!

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. It crashes constantly, and is very slow when it does work. The user experience is extremely poorly designed. When you first open the app, it by default goes to your public library page, rather to the place you left off listening to or reading your new book. On the audiobook portion of the app, the fast forward and reverse scrubber does not work. When the app crashes, you lose your place your audiobook. This app is so bad that we are petitioning our public library to drop it and return to the previous app which was just fine.

I want to love this app, but...

I cant. So much potential, but there are definitely some issues that need to be worked out first. At least once a day, I receive an error message that blocks me from logging in altogether. Not only cant I access the ebooks Ive checked out, I cant listen to my audiobooks either. Extremely frustrating. Whats the point of this app if you cant access the intended function when needed? Ugh.

New version broke audiobooks

The latest update introduced a defect that causes a crash whenever I try to listen to an audiobook. The previous version had idiosyncrasies that I could handle, but this has stopped me in the middle of a book.
